Blueberry Banana Chocolate Oat Cake Cookie – Vegan & Gluten-Free – Baked Oatmeal

Do you like oatmeal? Well, this is a bit of a fun alternative. it is basically a bowl of blueberry oatmeal in cookie form! Baking time is only around 15 minutes so it only adds a few extra minutes. Play around with different fruits and spices. I keep forgetting to buy raisins. I love oats, raisins and bananas together so if I had some I would have added some into the mixture before baking.
