• 1 frozen banana
  • 1 frozen mango (or fresh)
  • 4 collard leaves (or kale or spinach)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk / non-dairy milk
  • 3 strawberries
  • 1 pitted date, optional
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  1. Add the almond milk and collard leaves into a blender and blend until smooth. Then add in the rest of the ingredients and blend well. If too thick, add in a bit more almond milk. If too liquidy, you can add in another frozen banana. Best when drank fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for a day (or longer, but fresh is best!).
