• filtered water
  • 1-3 tea bags (I used Blueberry Green Tea - I have used one by Yogi and it turned out well)
  • 2-3 packets of xylitol (or to your taste)
  • ½ tbs squeezed lemon and/or lime
  • ice cubes
  • frozen pineapple chunks, optional
  • sparkling water, optional
  1. Make yourself as much tea as you want (I like making extra to store in the fridge), then remove the tea bags, add in the xylitol and the lemon and stir. If you want to speed up the cooling process, you can add in some ice cubes.
  2. When your tea has reached room temperature, you can put it in the fridge until it is cool then pour into a glass, add a few ice cubes, a lemon or lime wedge and even some frozen pineapple chunks. Super easy and refreshing. :)
  3. I also like to mix half of the iced tea with half a glass of sparkling water.
