Vegan Gluten Free Sweet Potato Pizza Crust, Crispy Wasabi Sweet Potato Strips & Spinach Chive Dipping Sauce

Crispy Wasabi Sweet Potato Strips
  • small sweet potato, peeled and sliced into strips using a julienne peeler
  • 1 tbs balsamic vinegar
  • ½ tsp wasabi powder
  • 1-3 drops liquid smoke
  • ½ tbs coconut oil
  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Slice sweet into thin strips and marinate in the 4 remaining ingredients for a few minutes while your oven preheats. Place them in one layer on a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet and bake for around 20-30 minutes. You may want to flip them over halfway through. TIP: You may also want to separately bake a potato/sweet potato since you are using the oven for a decent amount of time.
  2. They should be crispy but mine were still bendy. This recipe was just my way of using up a bit of sweet potato, so it's a bit random but the strips tasted good on top of my pizza!
