Filling Ingredients
  • asparagus, ends cut off and the rest cut into thirds
  • ¼ small onion, peeled & finely chopped
  • 4-5 mushrooms, sliced
  • ¼ red & yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • garlic clove, minced
  • 1” peeled ginger, minced
  1. Prepare all the veggies. Heat a non-stick skillet, cook the garlic and ginger for a minute and then add in the rest of the ingredients. Lastly, add in the cooked tofu and teriyaki sauce and stir to evenly coat.
