Plum Spinach Salad with Pate

Fresh and light salad that is very fast to whip up when you already have your pate prepared. An idea is to prepare the pate a day in advance and then the next day, you can just throw some spinach in a bowl, chop up a plum and scoop a dollop of the pate on top. This isn’t even really a recipe, but it’s a combination that I’ve been enjoying lately, especially when the temperature is hot and you need something refreshing.

  • Baby Spinach
  • 1-2 Plums, chopped
  • Vegan Pate (“Seafoody Tuna” Pate)
  • Optional additions: Nutritional yeast, raisins, dried cranberries, mesclun greens, broccoli/cabbage coleslaw, hummus, avocado, black pepper…

  1. Just throw it all together…no complicated instructions with this one! Enjoy!

I was wondering if you knew the weight watcher points for this meal? If not the points do you happen to know the nutritional facts?

Hi there Emma! Unfortunately I’m not sure how Weight Watcher points works. This salad wouldn’t have very many calories – it is all very healthy ingredients that your body knows what to do with. :) has a nutritional value calculator if you enter in all the ingredients. Cheers! –Clare
