A quick single serving breakfast or treat! It takes about 4-5 minutes to prepare and 15-18 minutes to bake. I make coffee, the bed and do any leftover dishes while I wait and then it is done! Make the night before if you don’t have much time in the morning.
- Preheat oven to 375F
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Spread onto a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes (depends on how thick you have made it and how soft/hard you want it!). Serve with some fresh fruit, syrup, jam, peanut butter or on its own!
