This Vanilla Hemp Protein shake is really delicious and perfect for both a post and pre workout drink. I also made one for work last week, as I only work in 4hr blocks, so I don’t have a break until I’m finished the four hours. I was able to drink this throughout my shift and it kept me alert and without hunger!

How to make a Vanilla Hemp Protein Shake
* 1 cup Almond/Rice/Soy Milk (I used Light Vanilla Soy Milk)
* 1 Medium-Sized Banana
* 1 tbs Hemp Protein Powder (I used Vanilla Hemp Protein)
* 100g Silken Tofu
* 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
* A few Ice Cubes
- Add all ingredients into processor and blend! All done! 🙂
